You could use this as a global .scr and execute it in your main script file- I think it should work, although it does play around with cvars, which probably makes it an impractical solution:

This doesn't give total invincibility, but you can still make a character pretty tough by giving them incredibly high helath. In the AI parameters window, just give the AI character that you want to be invincible a health value of 9999. You can also adjust their accuracy and eyesight so you can make ...

Awesome idea, and it looks great. I wish this was available when Mohaa was still at its height of popularity, because it would have definitely made custom map servers more popular and accesible to other players.
