any form of modding a map then claiming it yours is copyright. I was only trying to suggest with a sig in your maps is a way of telling anyone that sticks a static object in your map then claiming they made the thing, would not have an arguement of rights.

Think it's about time we as mappers look to the creators of mohaa, did you know that on the AA maps the author has left his name in the map. Look in the Hunt for instance, the authors name is on a tree behind the allied spawn, go spectate, it's up the road passed the spawn on the left, on the tree ...

only problem is with a large map is server slow down, if you don't use vis and details the engine will be drawing everything from your map, this will cause serious pc lag issues for low end users, even those with high end machines may struggle. if your releasing the map as an AA type map and you used SH or BT textures, you will need to either, inclued the textures in the pk3 or just make the map for the platform it was made for.

second OBJ, more streets, more hinding places, we tested this using a 10v10 methord and it was well balanced gameplay. try it.

site looks good mate, just looked at both door tuts and in my opion they are both wrong, sliding door tut, the author has the door sliding into a wall, now the textures will over lap and look crap, should explain you need to either cut out a track for the door to slide into or put the door inside or ...

remember now, your right, mbuilder boots mohaa, what i did was after compile, start sh, pull down your console, type in maplist and your bsp should be there, just double click it to start it. you can always make a pk3 to test it properly.

sounds to me that you have your mbuilder pointing to the wrong exe, try it again but this time point the game directory to SH exe and not AA.exe, you can type the location in manually in mbuilder, close it then reopen it so the chages are made.

blueyounder did a custom map league some moons ago, it was great fun.
