Yeah it does! From what I've been hearing the models are still in their early stages.... I think they look too smooth myself... but the level of detail (environments) is amazing, and well what can I say about the lighting!!
This game looks almost has good has S.T.A.L.K.E.R!!

OK Folx!! Here's the question...
On my old PC this does NOT happen.... however on my new PC
XP Pro (SP1)
Athlon 2600XP + Gigabyte KT400 MB
GeForce 4 Ti4800 8x AGP
512 (PC333 mem)
etc.... All running on 333mhz etc...
When I play a map that uses the grill texture (i.e. Stalingrad Metal stairs) the ...

OK slightly off topic but, I've got a new PC and installed MOH:AA and SH.. I set-up a game (MP) and I get the following on the bottom of my screen:
NPCS: Allies 0(0) Axis 0(0) <--- constantly!!
In my CMD list I get:
LOCALIZATION ERROR: 'NPCS Allies 0(0) Axis 0(0)' does not have a ..... blahblah ...

OK, Snow/Rain... when creating either, you can approach it in a couple of ways.... One is to create many brushes at angles (randomly angled near each other).. not placing them in building entities or create large brushes to fill the gaps between buildings etc... if you place a weather effect brush ...

I agree, viruses can creep into just about everything. But if you have the sense to have a good virus detection proggy.. then you have no probs????????????? NPS :wink: Although I do agree I think you are limited to te VIS_LEAFGROUP amount.... but I think the bounds are pretty good anyhow...... I know that the engine was improved for SH so that larger maps could be designed. Basically the old Quake3 engine was developed on old GFX card technology so map ...
