also is your 'king of the hill' map ready cos i like the way u have done the jungle it looks great.
p.s i have some authentic jungle textures which i made using photos i took myself whilst on holiday not sure if they would be ...

yes u are right , the picture i had was a bit crappy , but i think i'll use the picture from here to touch it up a bit

whats a good way to do a jungle backdrop and foilage? is there a map out there that has a good example of it?

yeah i hear what ur saying , i was working from a picture , the original support beams(light coloured beams) are nailed and binded to the main support(dark coloured beams) not sure how else to do it.

just finished building the bridge for my map which is gonna be based on the film 'bridge on the river kwai'

i'm looking for a sort of bamboo texture for a Bridge on the River Kwai map i'm starting on.
P.s when i was on holiday i took some nice pics that would make some great texture when i get them done i'll post them up.

yep an origin brush was the cause , i had a origin on both sides of the door ,forgot to delete one...thx for the help guys

My map wont load and i get this error on the logfile
Error:func_rotatingdoor::setsolidtype : SOLID_BSP entity at x2640.00 y3496.00 z244.00 with no bsp model

so i'm guessing something is wrong with a door but i dont know what and there is no entity at that grid reference in the map file.

any help ...
