I think i'd rather suffer through 1 hr of barely-classifiable excersize every day than have oily spots on my pants when i cut the cheese. Take all the fun out of it, and the oily discharge alone would put me off the "diet".

dmflags are specialized server settings. They don't work in or pertain to singleplayer in any way.

If you want the player to die after jumping off a building, look at our Volumedamage tutorial. you can increase the damage the player is given there.

With singleplayer, scripting is inevitable. Between spawns, special ai commands, and objectives, you pretty much have to be a decently knowledgeable coder to do it.

Multiplayer is easier, i guess.
