Thanks for your help everyone. The extra deathmatch spawn points did the trick. :D

Well it's in a .pk3 file but the .bsp is in a \maps\dm folder within that. I tried multiple info->start->player spawn points, but when testing with just one player in the game, I always appeared at the last spawn point I added. Not sure if the behavior would be different with multiple players.

Really? I thought it wouldn't even load without a player_start.

Spawn point help

Seems like a simple question, but I can't seem to find the answer. Made a simple free-for-all multiplayer map. I put in one player_start and many axis and allied starts. However, everyone spawns at the player_start. How do I get them to spawn randomly at other spots?
