I was wonderin if anyone knew if it would be easier on fps if I used the primative cylinder instead of the brushes of equal size. THe area I am thinking of is faily massive. And, in some areas it takes more then one brush to make the shape. I'm guessing that the cylinder will be easier on fps, but I ...

Wow, i'm an idiot! Can't say what I did wrong cause its embarrasing. I still can not get it to work though I did get a lot closer. The bagalore flashes now, but one, I can't plant it, and two, it seems to be a bit dark. Almost like the there is the flashing bagalore, and the regular bagalore at the ...

just got off work and tried this out with no luck. There is one thing i was confused about, maybe two.

Bangalors

I wanted to blow up some barbwire with a bangalor just like on omaha. I decompiled omaha but could not get the trigger to work. The bangalor does not flash red. I could not find any tuts on this, but if you know of one could post a link?

thanks tltrude. That was it. I did not want to touch my door until i knew what was wrong, i don't want to screw my areaportals up again. Took me many hours to get hose working!

I bring down the console and this is the error it reveals:

I went to those cordinates and found my door, but I am not sure how to fix it.

I can't seem to find a tutorial on .tiks. What I am mostly interested in is finding out how all these numbers effect the guns performance. Because waht I want to do is change the accuracy of the gun, and the damage it can cause. ANy help would be appreciated. Thank you

everything here is textured on all sides. Plus, I have used all caulk this time. I'll try and take a closer look and then I will get back here. THanks

If you have auto save on I recommend turning that off and just get in the habbit of saving it mannually with every major change you make.

Okay, I have reconstructed major parts of my map. It is lookin a lot better then it did before. But I am still having major trouble with my areaportals not working. It still says, "areaportal brush 1 does not touch to areas." something like that. And sometimes it will say that about the same brush ...

does it say what is leaking? When I get leaks there is either a hole in my sky box, or there is a light that shines on the caulk texture.
