Yep mp vehicle scripting is sure to send u mad ;) taken me a year to recover from the stress of writing the mp tank scripts, and as they say just take a look at Blitzs... it's a fantastic map that draws on many hard months of work.

There are a couple of river death scripts i wrote, i believe they should still be on TMT somewhere.

One does as you say, drags u out and drowns u, other allows u to enter the river and walk around, but you die if u stay under water too long.

IF your getting that debug messages (which is inside the exploder code), it means that although you can set trigger (and indeed have) you can't see the actual bomb.

This is usually because it's hiden by a bounding box of nearby object.

So move the bomb a little away from nearby objects, recompile ...

that's ok for sp maps but it wont work for mp.

you'll have to put this in:

$bunkerdoor1 waittill trigger
local.player = parm.other
$bunkerdoor1 open local.player
$bunkerdoor1 playsound door_vault_roll_open

i've figured out other parts of the Lod Terrain data structure, so sometime today i should have textures on the Lod correctly rotated and tiled :-)

Yes that's exactly why i started to right it.

It's so we can see how the Mohaa guys designed the maps ... coz there is plenty to learn from them.

Currently i'm having to alter the code for the Lod, coz it don't rotate it correctly, and it doesn't tile the texture across it correctly.

Mohaa Tools - Lod Terrain/Patches working in 3D BSP Viewer

At 1pm last night i finally got the patches and Lod Terrain in the 3D BSP Viewer working :-)

[am now working on the export routine to .map file for them].

See below for screenshots of the Lod Terrain in Omaha obj/obj_team3.bsp

* In the new version you can toggle on/off Faces, Patches, Lod ...

I ran the 3D BSP Viewer on the map, and for that particular room the windows are:

mohtest/window4masked2

and the carpet is:

mohtest/oldcrpt1

and the wallpaper is:

mohtest/wlppdrt

I suspect that the shaders for the window and maybe the carpet are the reason for the reflection ... but i'll ...
