change your settings, make everything as low as possiable and see if that helps.
also make sure you dont have any other programs running, especilally anti-virus stuff.
also if your in multiplayer do you have boradband?

How do you use the model manager in Milkkshape3D, mainly the LOD is what i cant understand. Anyone know how to do this? When i try to export it says that i should try and fix the lod before i export again.
