.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

lol... i installed the latest patch i think... i got it from official EA MOHPA site.

I think the patch was 67mb.

if i did get the wrong patch... can someone point me towards the correct one... and my ping wen im online is around 400, wen normally on MOHAA it is ...

well i did wot u sed to do... it runs a little better (lowered texture details etc and kept resolution) but wen i press fire... it still doesnt fire until about 1-2 seconds after

yes i have second fastest internet in my area... can download at 300kb/s

also do u mean texture detail.... or screen resolution... or both?

I bought the game yesterday. The main reason i bought the game was to play online. But it is laggy as shit. Its not as good as i had hoped.

Im running it on a 3.0Ghz Pentium 4, 512MB Ram, 128mb ATI Radeon GFX Card.

How do i stop it lagging... or do i have to go back to MOHAA... which so far has ...

Well i tried editing a few stock maps.... but.... wen i tried to run it... it got screwed...

can someone please explain steps in converting from .bsp to .map and then explain steps for compiling the map back.

well... i think i got people confused here :(

Im creating a multiplayer map... i want grenades on this map (or all other maps too) to shoot people into the air wen grenades explode and people are within thier radius.

I've seen this on another server... so it got ideas in my head working =)

You see entdefs.pk3 in MOHAA Tools directory... copy (not cut) into your mohaa/main directory... close mohradient... open it back up.. and you should be able to see it... as well as other new things =)

yeah i already looked in the tik file :P

and nah... they havent replied yet. I got one guy who made a stupid comment and said "Whats the point in having a harmlesss grenade or mine"

yes... thanks for explaining in better detail... i want left click on the grenade (primary fire) to be normal... and right click (secondary fire) to be the harmless explosion that shoots u up.
