I had that error way back for SP2 and somehow found a workaround. Alot of guys in GCC have been having a similar problem lately. I suggest keep looking, someone's bound to have an old guide of how to fix it.

All I remember is: you do not have to update your drivers to fix it.

I meant some of the boundaries and triggers in SP don't transfer well, or at all, to MP. Will OpenMoHAA edit SP maps at all?

The current mod doesn't deal with CTF and other game types, but me and comrades are working on a CTF SP pack.

Does same maps include the single player ones? If so, might they be refined a bit?

1/ under preferences, check the load last PROJECT on open (don't do map, unless you really want to).

You guys are great, would either of you object having GCC host or link to the file?

Ubersound Fix

I'm looking for an old file. Or rather a single of many different files that all do the same thing. The infamous ubersound fix for singleplayer maps. Anyone have a good working one?

I think coord is considered a cheat (requires the set cheats +1 thereisnomonkey commandline) and thus Mac has no cheats and thus no coord command. I think.

There's an odd bug if you get your head under water and you can keep it there if the water is any higher than upper thigh, you might want to reconsider your water depth.

If you do make it chest height anyway, just be sure to make everything look pretty underwater.

The problem is no one seems interested... It would be a whole lot of work and just to get a file on .map (dreams do come true)...

New Model List/Texture List

I've been thinking of making a new model list (over that foreign incomplete one) and a new texture list (over nothing to my knowledge) and I don't want to do it if I would be the only one to use it. Anyone want them?

And if yes - could .map be a home for the files?

I had to just make .bat's for each map to compile them...

"C:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -gamedir C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm\#####.map

"C:\PROGRA~1\MOHAAT~1\Q3map.exe" -vis -gamedir C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA C:\PROGRA~1\EAGAME~1\MOHAA\main\maps\dm ...

In continuation to imagination...

To make a brush detail, select the brush(es) you want to make detail then right click (DO NOT RIGHT CLICK ON A TEXTURE) and go to "make detail"

I clicked on a texture once with a whole MP map selected - retextured the entire thing to sky... Very bad.

Lets not play 20 questions, if it's a problem and you fix it, what would it matter if someone tries to abuse it again?

1. An entity will leak if it can reach the infinite void of not your map. Make a big box around your map and it won't leak. Texure it with a sky and you have what is affectionately known as a "sky box"

2. A .prt will be made when you don't have a leak.
