what do u have to put in a script to get the weapons chooser to come up on a dm game?

I have created a map and have the .bsp, .lin, and .vis. I know i need the .scr files but i have no idea what those are or where to get them. Can some one help please.

ok i've made a little bit of a map but am attemting to add a door. When i select it, right click it and click on the door button. An error comes up saying "Failed to create entity". What am i supposed to do?!?!
