One question could it be that my map is still in bsp ext and not pk3 and the models are in the main folder in the pk3 pack files?

Making static items solid??

How do you make static items solid like tanks, vehicles, sandbags etc... Do you have to put the caulk in the item. For example do you have to make a box of caulk around the tank so you cant walk threw it? Or is this all done threw the entity window? Cause i have tanks, trucks, sandbags ...

if i just do the allied and axis from the info-player menu i cant play the map it say there is no where to spawn from so i took just the start and put it in the same spot as allied and or axis

how do you make mutiple spawn points on a multi player map. I did a right click and went to info/player an added 4 of each allied and axis and then put the starts inside of them. The spawn points work its just that the last person to get spawned hears a clicking sound and if there is somone on the ...

compiling error max_surface_info

I have built a map the way the tutorial says but when i go to compile it i get a max_surface_info error at the end of the BSP compiling section. What is causing this error and how do i fix it? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
