maybe try setsize instead of scaling it? I know u can scale a script_model but never tried a script_object......if u can make a brush a model could u just make it a model then scale it?....sounds like alot of work though

Not sure if i have asked this here before but i am trying to mod the papers to be able to bash with them.....now i have them to where they take the place of the silenced pistol in the weapons but it will flash the papers to hit you but it wont actually do damage.........it will hit u but nothing ...

well glad ya got going buddy......so u have t6o put the exec global/urfixname.scr after waittill spawn????? or ur script???

cuz i just meant make a script and put in global folder....then exec it from map script...but all ur fixes would be in the script in global file...but if u got it going then ...

u should be able to make ur own script and exec it in the map script....i wouldnt try to put it in the dmprecache but make ur own then exec it in the maps scripts u want......that how alot of fixes work without having to mod all the maps...just put exec global/urscriptname.scr and there ya go

script keeps repeating

Ok guys i modded a section of map for bash only......whenu spawn in u only have the pistol but then it keeps taking and giving it back every couple seconds....heres the script im using for the weapons...i need a way to just do this once i had it working before and it works on our server but dont ...

Ok yall i tried to convert the SP map m1l2b to .map soi could do a few thigns for a buddy but everytime i try to compile i have a leak....I have taken out the leaking entity and still leaked...then i tried to convert myself thinking maybe it was convert error but i get same thing....anyone know how ...

u r saying that if i make a box and give it a targetname of pusharea then a setsize that i will be able to push a player in any direction within that set box?....being it straight up sideways or diagonally?

and if i dont want to have to be touching or ...

Ok guys and gals....im wondering if it is possible to push someone at another angle than up....i have used push triggers before to get up on a ledge or over a wall but is it possible to say push someone backwards or forwards...left or right basically...or upwards at an angle instead of straight up ...

im not sure about the gunfire unless u actaully editted the wav file and reduced to db's on that to make it qieter...i know u can limit the sound from an entity like a loud speaker....a buddy put a loud speaker in the courtyard or stalingrad and when u walked into any of the buildings the sound died ...

what kind of sounds so u mean? like footsteps? or gunfire or music or what?.....u can limit some sounds to a certain area of the map

i didnt know about that at first someone just told me about it yesterday...i was just updating to let yall know more for information purposes in case it ever came up again....

thanx for ur help anyway.....bad thing though is it only works on windows servers and not linux
