i have had this problem on a map of mine, i had to delete my sky box and make a new one using no draw textures instead of caulk

You should not use caulk or nodraw on your sky box. Just the sky texture.

i believe it may be due to having to many lights in it, i am probably wrong.

in pak1.pk3 there is a file called autoexec.cfg where this script is found

make a new autoexec.cfg file using notepad and add it to you own .pk3 file

must contain all the original script, just change the bits you want, it will make you new .pk3 the default and bypass the original

*EDIT* his link to download the mod is broken, not surprising since it is over 2 years old, but i know it can be done now at least. just need to know how.

(i'm talking about when you choose a team like allies and i want to automatically choose a weapon to play with)

i do not believe this can be done from what i have read up on but the binding of weapons can be changed easily enough.

ok well u know how on allies they have the teams (or race if you will) Russians, Americans and British each with their own weapons, well i want to add another team to the axis side called |W*A*R|. thats what i am trying to find out, so i can add custom weapons to that custom team, so far if i name ...

ok i also have another interesting problem, unless i use the German team the skins don't show in game, they do however show in the selection menu.

just a bit of info, if you don't want to save the map into the maps/dm folder as long as it is in the maps folder you can run it by opening the console and typing: map mapname, this is what i do when testing maps b4 i am ready to package them, although this method you don't get weapons or most ...

ok in spearhead, if the client doesn't have the mod the gun acts weird like firing by it self and the double firing and if it has the mod it works fine but no one can bash any more with any rifle reguardles if they have the mod or not. in a server where the M1 is disabled there isn't a problem at ...
