you will need to go to the last snapshot before the problem occured. Look in your snapshots folder and rename the snapshot file with the ext .map

That didn't work (as I expected), but I realized that the shader script, and the images for the models were in the main folder as well (duh! :D ...

True that, The mod I'm working on is, bring GoldenEye to MOH. Already have one map mostly done, the Complex, currently working on a few others, Facility, Archives, and Bunker. Would like to add all the singleplayer levels aswell, a few of the weapons, and alot of the charaters.

This is where vis comes in. Fill each area with a different vis brush ( cube).

Select one of them and hit the letter "k". It will automatically point to the other vis brush........I think ...... you'll have to read up on it because it's been a while for me. You can find the data on this site ...

if you have a tunnel going from one area of the map to another you can just create two square sky boxes .

That's what I did, but you have to make a hole in the sky box to get through. I tried it without a tunnel and then with. Apparently, when I do make a hole it makes it so you can see through ...

yes, properly create a skybox ?

screenshot because you should not being seeing anything ''through'' a skybox. sounds like your skybox isn't a box but a different shape .

Ok that's my problem then. I had a tunnel going through one sky box to another :P. I guess I'll have to create one big sky box ...

I just started mapping less than a week ago and I'm working on a map of king tut's tomb along with some fun stuff. So, I'm going to need all the pots I can get for one of the rooms. For some reason, 5 out of the 7 pots don't work at all. I just get a purple box in radiant, and this in the console ...
