WOOHOOO. It works yeah. Thanks so much JV. Didnt realize I was writing my script out wrong like that. Now I will be able to get all the stuff I have been trying to get to work actually working.

Getting AI to use MG42...help

Ok I'm stumpt. I tryed a bunch of different things to get this to work but no luck (making me feel even worse...lol). Well anyway this is what I have so far.

Try this......

I think that you can do one of two things.


1. If you are still developing you,re map you can just add test_ to the name of you,re map. Like this test_youremapname.map.

2. Or if you are finished with you,re map you should go and check out the tutuarl for ubersound workaround in the tutuarl ...

Try this......

Well I can help you with the first one. You need to do one of two things.


1. Go to the tutarls page and check out the ubersound workaround tutarl(which is very difficult to start with)

2. Or you can just add "test_" to the beginning of you're map name. for example it would be test_youremap.map ...

Hello thought I would tell you how I get my ideas for maps. Because I'm somewhat of a historical nut I watch alot of things like Discovery channel and History channel. I have about 5 maps in the making (one at a time) and a whole mission that I am working on know. Just a thought is all.

Now I need sounds

Ok I got the making the fan down (after I did a little tweaking...part of the learning curve). Now I need to find a sound for the fan, not very realistic with no sound while the fan is spinning you know.

Yeah I tried the -1 and -2 but still trys to open to the side and not up. I was hoping that I wouldnt have to script it I have not learned very much about doing that yet. But no better time then now I guess.
