Yes you can.
For multiplayer skins, there is a tik file found in models/player.
Single player skins are similar but the tik is found in models/human.And at the bottom of the tik you add the /*QUAKED part so that it can be seen and used in radiant.

Just a question,how do you give your friendly AI a particular voice.I am making a spearhead single player map and I am using the MANON charactor.In radiant when you hit "I" to bring up the AI properties,there is a box called VOICETYPE. This is where you give it a type,but what ?

First thing I noticed from your pics is your trigger settings in radiant.

You have used the key triggerable but no value.should be 1.

Second you should give the trigger a #set of the gun.Like key #set and a value of 1 for the first trigger and gun.And #set 2 for the second set.

Your just using the map script to get your fog right?Your not using brushs and the fog texture.Because that fog texture doesn't work as far as I know.

Have you tried Nemisis's tutorial?

d/l it ,it has a bsp,and the map file so you can view the enity settings.And he has inclued the scr file for the map.View it to,that should help you.

Your script should work,if its after waitTill prespawn.
The only thing I noticed is you have some spaces in this line

level.fogplane = 3500

maybe try removing the spaces ,level.fogplane=3500

I don't Know if this will make a difference or not.But it is the only difference that I can see from the ...

Try opening CONTROL PANAL in windows,and choose folder options.On the tab called file types,you can add new file extensions.SCR files are the same extension as screensavers.So when you add it to new it might complain,but do not worry.It will not effect how your screensaver displays in windows.At ...

Well jv ,I played your OP Centre with bots.It was alot of fun.The map its self was excellent. The bots behaved well,I mean after all they are bots.You can not exspect them to act like real people.
