Can someone point me to a tut on scope editing or explain to me the essentials of how to setup your own scope. I have a pk3 that uses this AWESOME scope, but it's for the KAR, I prefer the springfield. Any assistance is appreciated.

Random numbers?
I looked in the SDK material and found two commands for random numbers:
RandomFloat
and
Randomint
Does ANYONE know what the parameters are for these? I need to generate a random number b/w 1 and $targetname.size. If this isn't possible, does anyone know of another way to generate random numbers ...

Paint editor
I don't have a paint program capable of opening or editing a .tga. So I used Paint (lol). Anyway, I think I found what the problem was. I went into the *.urc file and made the rectangle bigger. The text is now bigger and more readable. Appreciate all the help.

Making a multiple thread
I have FINALLY (with the very much appreciated help of jv_map) got my allies to shoot their mg42s at the germans...woohooo. Anyway, the only problem I have now is that they all shoot at the same time at the same guy. I need to work it so that each guy shoots a different axis. I'm assuming this is ...

Start players with more ammo?
This may be a question for scripting, if so I appologize. I am wanting to start my men with more rounds. Right now they start with 32 mp40 rounds and 10 m1 garand rounds (pathetic). Anyone know how to do this? I know I saw a tut somewhere, but I can't remember where it was.

Make the Letters Bigger
Is it possible to set the font for the fade in words bigger? They appear very small and it's hard to read. In the actual file, though, they are HUGE, like size 30 - 50. Anyone know? Thanks.

Allies have bangalores sticking out of them
Anyone have a problem with their allies being created with bangalores sticking through them? It's very annoying. If it's fixable, please let me know how. Any help is appreciated.

I'm wanting to make the opening screen of my map stay black and display information (i.e. Omaha Beach). Does anyone know how to do this or where I can find information on this? Thanks

"Can't Find Script"
I'm having a problem. I've been working on turret gunners for my map. I've been editing my script for it nonstop for 2 or 3 days now. Anyway, now for some reason all of the sudden the game can't find my script. Any ideas why this might be happening? It's in the same directory. At one point, I wanted ...

Making a $targetname array?
I need to make a targetname array and initialize it. Can anyone assist me in this? It is for the enemy ai. I am trying to get an mg42 to shoot at them manned by allies. Anyway, that's another thread. I just need to know how to do the array. I looked in the help files that came with SDk but it doesn ...

Man, I know we are on the right track. But for some reason my guys are still shooting at me. I have ONE german spawn, his targetname is enemyspawner[1]. I stay hidden and see if the guys will shoot him. They don't. I have it setup only for mg42a_gunner right now, but ALL the three mg42 ...

How Do I Cueue
jv_map,
I'm familiar with c/c++ and java, but I don't understand some of the syntax of this scripting language. Do I need to use a for loop to loop through the targetname array? What exactly do you mean by cueue? You are the ONLY person on nearly 10 forums that has been able to confirm you can man ...

Let Me Explain Better
What I'm trying to get them to do is shoot at any axis that comes along. Kind of like in D-Day, with the Germans tearing up the US on the beach. Is it possible for even just "random aiming and firing"? Noone seems to be able to answer this question, so I'm assuming allies usually don't man the mg42s ...
