wow, looks excellent. That was a problem I really didn't see a solution to, but seems like you guys found it. Now, if I understand correctly, that is not the actual scoreboard, right? Instead you made another scoreboard that looks identical to the original that you can bring up by pushing a button ...

that is a beautiful level, just from looking at the screenshots. I'm kinda reminded of The Canal (which is a good thing). I'd like to playtest it but my computer for that kind of thing is down (quite a shame).

You can host a pk3 on a geocities site, but I know there is better ways (FYI, to get ...

First off, the architecture looks good, from what I can see of it.

You need to change the textures to add more variety. As well I think you need to hit the natural button with those ceiling textures selected, they look squished.

Good job though

I for one thought long and hard this D-Day especially. I watched Saving Pvt. Ryan and was struck particularly by the words "Earn it" at the end of the movie. A little while later I was watching TV and a preview of the news came up and the news stories of the night that it showed were so inane and so ...

my favourite tactic is dirty. Sneak up with the shotgun and shoot em in the back from close range. That or get in close and make it hard for them to aim by running circle around them. Works pretty well.

went over to look at how .map was doing on mohmatch and it appears the polls were reset and all the votes lost. So, go and vote again and make sure .map wins it. TMT is winning followed by PMOH and then .map.

just a suggestion... all of the graves being identical on each side is kinda unrealistic. Try varying them and adding a couple of different ones.

good work, though

I got really close to my degenerate plane a couple of times and I saw what appeared to be a concave surface... barely. Really, it was a surface that was supposed to be flat but was bent in, just a microscopic amount. I think Radiant missed it but it was found during compiling. A theory, anyway.

I can answer two of those questions, sorta.

3) A great place to upload pictures to the net is:
m

2) Extreme compile times have been heard of on a large enough map, but there are all kinds of variables that determine how long it will take for you (mostly, how fast your computer is). However, in my ...

sry to contradict-but it's important to include the .min file in your pk3 (in the same dir as the map: IE-maps/dm/ )

without the .min, mac users cannot play your map for some reason-also, the .min file adds the loading bar to your screen the first time someone plays the map new-shortening load ...
