.Map :: MoHAA Mapping

I am pretty new scripting and I was wondering if there is sort of a scripting refernce list. Like say I want to start a player off with the m1garand and clip of the ammo for it I would put
$player item weapons/m1garand.tik
$player ammo "?"

but I don't know what to put for the ammo because I don't ...

I can't seem to use textures with MOHRadiant. I go to select a texture from the menu at the top and the console at the bottom tells me that the texture has been loaded fine but no textures appear in the right corner.
