How can I write my own text on the walls ? Is it possible at all? Do I need a special texture

Making player respawn each time in a different place?
Greetings all,
Could anyone please explain me how can I do it ? So far in my map it's impossible to play because everybody respawn in one place. You got shoot even before you start run. I've created a few info_player_start points but it doesen't seem to be helping. Perhaps I missing something ...
