I was able to get it out by hexing it, but for some reason when I joined the server...it didnt like it to well. It gave me a checksum error client/server. :(

In the Spearhead SP map t1l3 there is barbwire located in the street, as seen in the pic below. What I am trying to do is remove it. I tried it in spearhead and I got sound . I started a team dm game and it worked for me . If you don't have sound maybe you tried it in single player from the maplist ? . I looked for sound fixes in my mainta directory and didn't find any . Does anyone else out there have a problem with the sounds ...

How is it you are even going about this? I can launch just about any single player map into mp with the exception of one or two. Thats only because I havent converted the script for them either.

You should see the dogs fly in Spearhead, its funny. In AA they are ok but for some reason loaded in Spearhead they go so fast its wierd. I dont understand why the sounds will not work serverside though. Maybe cause the in Spearhead the Ubersound.scr has \\ in front of all the aliases. I dunno

I remember in an earlier version with the tik file that I had the sounds working server side. I downloaded that file you have and cannot hear the dogs serverside. Is there something I am missing for setting here or?

What happens though is it doesnt smooth out. Rather the high ping stays consistent all through the map. It gets to the point where sometimes you cant even here your own weapon firing. Is there anything at all that can be put into the script to smooth it out? Is precaching all the items in the map ...

I understand how the ping works and how a players ping could affect the whole server. For instance, a player with a slower pc or just older vid card could cause high ping because he cant keep up with the instruction of the server. Therefore basically causing a traffic jam when he comes into contact ...

Everytime Stadt loads, and this is not modded, out of nowhwere everybodies ping goes from an avg 40-50ms to 150-200ms. I have no idea why this map does this but it has been going on as long as I can remember putting it in rotation from time to time. Whats wierd is the pings jump all together. It ...

I was able to get them to crouch...cool. I put about 20 bots all over the map in certain places and is definitly working out to be a training exercise and a half. Especially with them all having settings like this
