Adding FX to a map
Ok, I have gotten certain FX to work in a small test map, and the rest just don't show up. I haven't tried a large number of them yet, but I two that I was able to get to work are Steam -> Piping, and Water -> Falls.
Is there anything special you have to do to get the rest to work, or is it just a ...

Hey, I was fooling around with using a func_door to function as a switch for a door in my map, and having it slide into the wall. My friend added an elevator into his map, but didn't use scripting to do so. He used a func_door, and it worked like he expected it to. All the different clip textures...
I noticed tons of different clip textures in the common texture set. Which would I use if I wanted the player to clip but not bullets? I tried playerclip, but it stops bullets too... any help? Thanks.
