Sound problem in custom DM maps.

When I compile and run my map there are no sounds after I spawn... no gun sounds, no footsteps... nothing. But when I play an original DM map everything is right... Is there anything I need to do when I compile or create the map to make the sounds work? Or could it be a problem with the game itself?

Thanx both of you, it was simple, lol, but the entity dir path wasn't setting correctly. Oh well, now I know this is definately the place to come for any further problems I have with MOHAA mapping... highly likely.

That's the first thing I checked, oh, but what is the default path for the "entdir" because mine came up with "E:\MOHAA\main\" this is the right directory but I've been told that you need not set that value for the "entdir" in the project settings.

If that makes sense... lol

Player start problem

Hi people, I'm not a newbie to mapping completely, but this one problem I seem to have with mapping in Allied Assault... I can't add a player start, there is no "info" section when I right click in the main window, so therefore I cannot add player starts or anything like that, and I have the entdefs ...
