This is a great looking map. I had wanted to do a similar idea running down the streets of Washington DC for my Murder on the White House Lawn concept. If all goes well I would love to see your finished map.

I would give the community map a go. Problem would be keeping standards for objects. Also making sure the mappers turnover the updated maps in a timely manner.

Post some rules and lets give it a go. Might end up totally fucked.... might end up wonderfull.

Well I tried to build your idea several different ways, but could not find one that would work. The area portal idea seems to be the best advise. Unfortunatly I have no answer for this one.

Beware that this could cause a huge compile time.

You could emaill T.T. and he might have it as a map but he may have been building a simple test box for his tank.

Yea if you read those old books, you find that the chapeters are all interlinked and you go in circles until you make the right choices. Sometimes the book could be read through up to 3-4 times until the right sequence of events are played in the right order.

A Great Image File Viewer And Batch Converter

This saved me a ton of time. It will do batch conversions of all sorts of different types of image files as well as several other great things. It is a self extracting zip file.

Custom Textures

Custom textures:

When making your custom textures and shaders, be sure to always use the file extension ".tga" in your shader file. Do this even if you decide to save file space by using ".jpg" files for your actual texture.

Well it represents a lot of work and for the most part I like it. The rope at the allied spawn point is a good idea but it looks a little strange. There is a wall that is supposed to be sealed off that seems to be just not quite long enough. The elevator bounced off my head and went back up. I also ...

Max Payne 2 is much like the original and it has even more movie segments ZzZzZZZzZzzz boring. But the game play and maps are pretty cool. I got it to rob the textures since it uses the same type as CoD which I hope to do a project on. The editor is well supported though, but who wants to be stuck ...

Choose Your Own Adventure

Remeber the books? When you ended a chapter you had to make a choice: "if you want to fight the dragon turn to page 35" "if you want to run into the dark cave turn to page 67"

Could you do that in single player? Say at the end of a mission you get a choice of what map you want to move to?
