Ok, I followed the tuts on .map for making an mg42 with spotter and in the map they are working just fine, although the gunner tends to jump up onto the sandbags that the gun is on before getting into the firing position.

is this refering to something in the mg42 script?

Well I've searched and I can't find what I've done wrong
I followed a Tank tut but my tank just sits there... :(
Also after adding the tank code to the script the objectives dont work...
If someone could take a look that would be awesome, I want to kill this tank! :D

ok seems to be working now that i've removed the EVIL DOG HANDLER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok this is pretty odd,
It's still not working ie: player has no weapons, soundtrack and weather not working, ai already in lv rather than spawning...
This is the script I am using, maybe I have stuffed up the map somehow because the script looks fine now...

I think the only way is to start without a rifle at all then pick up the sniper rifle but whats to stop a player from picking up a normal rifle from a fallen foe (how poetic!) before reaching the sniper thus stopping him/her from being able to pick it up?

I have a single player level in which I want the player to start with a normal rifle and then pick up a sniper rifle along the way.
How can I do this?
I have placed a playerweapon in the map but the player can't pick it up...
