I have two skins that don't work, and I just can't figure it out.

The first is the frogman, it is not in the sp game, so i think it has a bad file. The skin does appere in the uniform list but it is invisible.

Ok, so we have to make the DM map into a objective map that realy has no objective? Will this work?

I need help in making my mod, I am trying to put animation in to existing DM maps.

I have had some sucsess in editing the mohdm1.scr file and the dmprecache.scr files but need help with the mohdm1.min file.
The bot sporns but stands there like a dummy.
