Actually...I'm Turret_toad. :D I'm not quite sure why I didn't put that as my user name at .MAP in the first place. Anyway...as the tutorial err...tutorials are my first ones, I needed some people to point out errors. I can always correct it and release another one. If someone could give me some ...

I set the lighting on final, but that is all I did. What makes it take so long?

Here's the script. There are two trigger-use's one is called "button" and one is called "button2". I'm not sure how I would put button two into the script. The script works perfectly so far, I just need that second button. It is basicly a hollow box with a door and windows that moves on a track from ...

another n00b question
Ok, how can you make two trigger-use's execute the same thing in a script. For example: if you wanted to make an elevator and there were two buttons (trigger-use's) one at the top and one at the bottom. You would want the trigger on the bottom to do the exact same thing as the trigger on the top. I ...

Ok, I am a complete noob at scripting  ...so I need you guy's help. I've been playing around/experimenting a lot and am currently trying to make a little crane that can move back and forth along a track on the ceiling. I've made a trigger_use for a button and gave it a targetname of "crane ...

flak 88 script question
I did the tut for making a firing flak 88 cannon and I was wondering how you could make the player able to aim and fire it, as opposed to only being able to make it shoot at one target.

different spawn points
Hey peeple,
I made my first map and I was wondering how I could get people to spawn at different spawn points. For some reason everyone spawns at the same point every time, even though I put several of them. Help would b great.

mac compatable maps?
Hey, I have a question. What makes a map compatable with macintosh computers? We have a Windows computer and two macs and we network them together. Some maps downloaded off the internet work and some don't. I've also noticed that all the maps I make on our Windows computer seem to work with macs ...
