Can't walk normaly, please help!!!!!!

HI, i have just made my first map, it looks quite ok, lights, doors, trees.... everything is working....but when we try to play the map over LAN with 2 computers connected the players can't stand straight up!!! They are staying normaly only when they moves...if they stop they crouch and makes the map impossible to play...it's very weird!!! Thanx for help

What texture did you use for the ground?

The texture is grass (don't know the exact name, i'm not home)
