has anyone got .map files for the single player maps?

I don't think there are any unless someone decompiled the .bsp which messes everything up. Mainly the brushes. People usually do this to find out certain keys and values of entities.

The Farm

There is a hidden singleplayer map in the game called "Farm House" -- type map m4l0 in the console to play it (M4L0). The .map file for it comes with MOHAATools.

I found a cool add-on for COD 1, it's called Operation Market Garden.
About 10 new sp maps. Here is the link
