skylimit problem

We lost our Spearhead skylimit server to a critical failure - when setting up our new server I get this error

an error with the ubersound or to many custom sounds? - doesn't make sense as it worked fine on the old server.

I stripped the whole server working stock and added just skylimit and still get the crash. I tried with and without custom uberfile. no luck

any suggestions?

I got it - and btw the problem was present with other mods as well.

this mod is needed for some reason

Not sure why as I do not use CI. Just something Ive had for years.
