wierd breakthrough problem on spearhead server

On our new server In destroyed village - those using Breakthrough see this - It appears to be the MAP as not solid superimposed over itself moved up and over. the Image is not seen by those using Spearhead.

Anyone see this before - the image appears and dissapears when you move around - like its a VIS thing?

This generally indicates either server or client is not using the stock (or identical) .bsp file.
