you really should post more..and it either seems from the SMALL DETAILS YOU POSTED that you're server cheatprotector got shut down,possibly by an admin or by a hacker..
but we shall not know unless you give use more info...

There used to be an anticheat project which was called ServerWatch. I guess Klaus wanted to ascertain whether it was discontinued or not. I'm afraid it was.
