that's king suckerman, one of the custom skins (five so far...will be more) . the lighting you see is from the explosion going off right over his head . the map is mostly darkish but keeps that late night urban look . what's going to sell the theme is the built in ambient sounds . i put everything in there . you really feel like you're in the city on a bad night .
