New TC: Modern Warfare 2

Work had already started a few weeks ago, but now the launch of Modern Warfare 2, sequel of the highly rated Modern Warfare 1, is official!

Modern Warfare 2 is a total conversion for MoH:AA which is built on top of and expands Modern Warfare 1. Countless improvements, new features, new maps, new weapons and new skins are planned to be included.

here's hoping version 2 does what version 1 should have done.........get mohaa out of the WWII themed rut and now with version 2, mohaa itself out of hybernation. never understood why MW1 wasn't able the scorching path that CN_final started.

<wink>finally, i won't have to put out so many modern themed maps.</wink>

btw, beta tester? yes please.

I fucking loved modern warefare 1, myself and my close mohaa buddys are still playing it on and off to this day!

I'm with pkm when he says there.. beta testers

Can't wait for the final.

Nope, it's dead.

However, there is a project of a stand-alone game in the MW franchise, partially based on MW1&2 assets, called Modern Warfare: Independent Ops. Engine development is currently kind of stuck on the physics engine, but once I get it right, it should be a downhill ride.

Same thing as MW was.

It's called Independent Ops to emphasize its stand-aloneness.
