okay, back again!
1st: add a info_player_start, and your map will load
2nd: for ladders, just turn the brush with the ladder texture into a func_ladder, the visible ladder should be turned into a detail (select brushes, rightclick in 2D, Make Detail)
3rd, your gratebrushes must not have a normal texture on other faces but only fence-textures, like this deckgrate or Nodraw. For the frame, make other brushes around it!

No, there wasn't one but only those TDM-startpoints. You ALWAYS need a infoplayerstart aswell.
And I won't pay out on you (I first had to look this up, Aussie-slang is hard for Germans like me), because your problems is what this forum is for (well, not only YOUR problems)

No matter what, always use info_player_start. In MP, a player start is a spectactor.
Live to map, not map to live.

Keep in mind this is where your players will start your map in spectator mode so don't have it facing a wall ur sumpthin. :wink:
