mohradiant doesn't save when I do bsp_BSP?

Well I've been exporting and exporting, and found out that something was wrong.

I've tried to restart my PC 2 times, install radiant on new, yeah everything.

Here's the command respond I get when i click bsp_BSP:

Wierd thing,
I made a brush and a trigger in the map, and then removed it. But it kept showing up when I ran game. Well I checked in notepad, removed that brush . Now it works, thanks anyway

this error could come back to bite you in the butt even though it is working now, be careful. I don't know what a "duplicate plane" is, but there sure is a lot of them there and I've never gotten them.

make sure your file name doesn't have a space in it, I know it sounds stupid but...I cant tell from the code box if there is a space there.
