How to create a 'flat picture'?

Post by StevenSct »

Hi all,

Can you help me, how to create a kind of brush with one face, or a 'flat' picture? I don't know the technical name, but to be more clear, how create for example a carpet, a barbed wire, a wire netting, a leaf, etc ?

Is there a way to create a brush with one face only? to delete the other?

Thank you

you can create a brush with only one textured face by using no draw (textures/common/no draw) on all faces except the textured face you want seen . basically highlight the entire brush and click on no draw then highlight the face you want specifically textured and click on the specific texture .

this texture is used commonly in the fence example you gave where you want only one texture seen through both sides .
i'm not f****** angry, i'm from philadelphia .
