I have a problem regarding the barrel of my m16 model for MOHAA. In the screenshots you can see that the bottom image is a view of my barrel in Lightray3d 1.4 with the white dashes along the side of the face. The face that the white dashes surround is a flat face connected to the tube. As you can see in the top picture, I moved one of the vertexes down from the tube to make the flat side.
Also note that this is not just a in-lightray problem I can see the white dashes in-game depending on if I am leaning and how I am moving.
FIX: Although my UV mapping was not on any other parts of the texture file than the colored in parts, somehow the white background on my texture file affected the corners around shapes. I simply made the white background on the texture file black and the problem was solved.
