How can i cut terrain?

Afaik you cannot cut terrain. You can create more than one terrain mesh to describe a hole.

Edit: You could also create a texture, which is fully transparent, does not cast shadow and is notsolid.

You can remove certain triangles by editing the LOD terrain. I don't have radiant loaded so I can't look to tell you how to do it. In radiant you will still see the triangles you remove, but in the game those sections you removed will not be seen. Hang in there, somebody will read this and post the way to do it.

Well im making a trench,... trench's walls are brushes, and i want make trench go through the terrain...

What is the terrain made of, brush work or LOD terrain ?

If LOD terrain why not hit the "v" key and drag the dots down ?...... you should be using brush work though.
