LOD terrain Causes radiosity light compile to crash.

Well im creating a level for mohaa but the only problem is whenever I use a grass texture for the LOD terrain it causes the radiosity lighting portion of the compile to crash.

So I created a new map with nothing but a player start, skybox, one worldspawn brush, and LOD terrain patch. I added all the settings to the worldspawn for sunlight as well. It still does not compile.

I once used a rock texture for the LOD terrain and it works fine. I also tried using the same grass texture on a brush and it compiled easily.

I just seems to be grass and dirt textures on the LOD terrain that causes the crash.

One time it made it through the compile but gave me and error.
Cannot load jpg from Zip. Then proceeded to tell me the grass texture name. Could it be that the rock texture was TGA and loaded but the grass was jpg?

No custom pk3s or custom textures are in use. All stock.

Any help would be appreciated.

Radiosity lighting is buggy in general, that's probably why most mappers switch it off (-bounce 0).
