Disguise Alarm System?

Is there a tutorial to use the alarm system for disguise levels (m2|2a) (uses alarm_system.scr)? If there isn't any can you teach me how to implement it into my disguise level. Thanks

The tutorial for the alarm was for a mission like the mansion one in AA (alarmer.scr). The mission 2|2A uses the alarm_system.scr (U-boat Base).
