Help with player spawns

I currently have about 8 player spawns for ffa, but when I go to play the map it only allows me to spawn from 1, even with other people in game (Causing telefragging and spawnkilling). I also have some allied and axis starts that work just fine when in TDM mode, but I do not know why the spawns are not working in FFA.

have you ticked the ffa/tdm/roundbased box (instead of singleplayer) when compiling with mbuilder?
