map editing HELP!!

HI i just downloaded a map and i just want to know how to change the map to daytime, also the map has a custom tank with a machine gun that its spraying al over the place, i have dl the mohradiant and other programs , what should i do to do this changes ???

oo one last thing i want to remove that freaking machine gun, its pissing me off
