you've got to install a new copy of mohaa with the language you desire.

there's no arabic version but to get the spanish one you can try this

these mods can change the font, text colors and the way the hud looks, but no mod can actually give support for extra languages/characters. you could however install the spanish game, like i suggested, and then use the font/hud mods.
