Robots in mohaa sh possible ?

Is there a way to add bots(robots) who will play on my server and will let people replace them when people join the server?
The bots must play on my freeze tag server.
I dont know if my question look stupid but i want to know .

Cause it can help keep the server running n people to join and stay

And i would like to have suggestion from peoples about things to add that can be fun for my clan but without changing my freeze tag mod!!

Please give me a lots of suggestions !!
heres my maps rotation if it can help with suggestions:
Southern France : Destroyed Village : Remagen : The Cross roads : Stalingrad : Algiers : Brest : Verschneit : Stadt .

So it works with mohaa freeze tag too ?
Does the bots count like one player in the browser?
I mean when you go in browser to find a server you can see the name of server and how many players playing on that server.
