I don't think there're any window textures.
Live to map, not map to live.

If you really want one just stretch the texture out to the middle of one of the panes and it will be transparent glass. :wink:

Make a shader containing this:

Code: Select all

textures/MyMap/glass
{
	qer_editorimage textures/MyMap/glass.tga
	qer_trans .4
	qer_keyword window
	qer_keyword glass
	surfaceparm glass
	{
		map textures/MyMap/reflection.tga
		tcgen environment
		alphagen const .2
		blendFunc blend
	}
	{
		map textures/MyMap/glass.tga
		depthWrite
		alphaFunc GE128
		nextbundle
		map $lightmap
	}
}
And make 2 .tga files:
glass.tga and reflection.tga

glass.tga should be plain white ( or maby a bit gray ).
reflection.tga should be what is mirrored in the glass ( like a snowy forrest or the inside of an office )
Both .tga's should be 32 bit.
The size of both tga's should be the same.
If you want a big window make a big texture...
Put the files in textures/MyMap/ in main ( or in textures/MyMap/ in a .pk3 placed in main )

I use this kind of reflective windows in my latest map obj/vemork_factory_small ( under downloads ) ... feel free to rip the glass textures :)

PS: replace all MyMap with the name of your map :wink:
