Fileplanet holding a vote on best mod for any game.
I would like to sway the vote in our favour by asking everyone to vote for a Mod.

I know Day of Defeat etc: is in there but they had SDK and full tools to work with we got a poxy level editor.
So this mod is all the more special.

Team Assault is a mod that allows the entire single player game of Spearhead to be played in COOP with up to 16 players.
Great fun for a few buddies on LAN WAN DSL 56k etc:

I tried the mod before voting.

And that mod would be great,IF IT WORKED.

But it doesn't work worth a dam.I mean it works,you can start a game and have others join you,I had 3 people inclueding me,but its like major lag,you can not move around.I have cable and so do the people i tested the mod with.And can play normal MP maps with the same people no prob.So that mod sucks.

Check it out before voting

Did you spawn in level 1 and were floating in the air???

MOH rox its best played with buddies over RW.
Great fun unless your an complete idiot and cant figure out that the spawnpoints in SINGLE PLAYER are meant for SINGLE PLAYER and you will get stuck unless you move from the spawn point as soon as you spawn.
Wonder if thats in the readme

Yes I am aware that you should move away from the spawning points.That was not the problem.And we did test level 1,but floating in air?That did not happen.We also tested level 3 as well.The problem we where having was a FPS problem.I mean Spearhead already has FPS problem,I think we can all agree on that.Yes? Most people have to turn down the graphics just to play it,now thats bad.MOHAA did not suffer with this.Any way like I said it's A fps issue,it stayed in the red,far below what would be normal for SP.Thats what I was refering to in the other post about not beening able to move.I use reduced graphic settings(ie 16bit).I have a good computer and a Gforce 3 TI card.So we are not talking about a computer that cann't handle it.

Maybe others could post there experiances here.I do not think I am the only one that has a problem with coop play.

Works fine for me and other who play it ,its superb on a WAN/LAN
In the readme is the website for it.

Cant remember it at the mo.

Excellent Mod and well worth a download its version is Beta 1.3 now.
