I have a problem I can't fix. I did a big map and everything worked fine. But now, when I try to compile the map with MBuilder, it stop at 94% and doesn't go further...

It will continue, but it's gonna take a whole lot of time as your visdatasize is way too large. Try to keep it below 100 000 at all costs. Read some documentation on detail brushes .

I detailed a few things (2 stairs, some brushes), deleted a floor and add some "chaulk" texture... and the visdatazise drop from 196008 to 70568.
It's still very slow but now it works !!!
I'm trying to find the leaking lights anyway. MBuilder gives me numbers 90, 91, 92, 182, 184 and 185. But how can I find those precise lights ? I tried the "edit entity info" but it doesn't give me any number...
